Because each Salt and Earth box is thoughtfully curated and often includes handmade and small-batch items, all sales are final and non-refundable.
That said, we want you (and your gift recipient) to feel good about your experience. If something arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, please email us at hello@saltandearthcollections.com within 5 days of receiving your order so that we can make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please keep the original packaging and send us a photo at hello@saltandearthcollections.com . This helps us assess the issue and file any necessary claims with the shipping carrier. We’ll work with you to find a solution as quickly as possible.

All Salt and Earth gift boxes are thoughtfully curated and carefully packaged in our studio in Jupiter, Florida. Orders are typically shipped within 1 to 3 business days from the date of purchase.
Domestic Shipping
We offer delivery throughout the contiguous U.S. using reliable carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS.

Once your box has been thoughtfully curated and packaged, you’ll receive a tracking number by email to follow its journey every step of the way.

Shipping Insurance
Every order includes shipping insurance, so your gift is protected against loss or damage while in transit.
Free Local Delivery (Jupiter, FL)
We offer free local delivery within a 15-mile radius of Jupiter, FL, with a minimum order of $130. At checkout, simply select “Local Delivery” under “Shipping Method”, and we’ll handle the rest.
Processing & Delivery Timing: All gift boxes are hand-packed and require 1–3 business days for in-house preparation before delivery. Deliveries are made Monday-Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM. You’ll receive an email when your order has been delivered.
Address & Gate Access: Please provide a complete address, including apartment/unit number, and include any required gate code or access details in the delivery instructions at checkout.
Redelivery Policy: If we are unable to deliver due to incomplete address information or gated entry issues, we will attempt one redelivery at no charge. Additional delivery attempts are subject to a $10 redelivery fee.
